Chicken Stew

What you need
1 tbsps KNORR Chicken Seasoning Powder-No Added MSG
500 gm Deboned chicken drumstick, cut to bite size pieces (pre-marinate with 1 tbsp KNORR Chicken Seasoning Powder-No Added MSG, 1 tbsp brown sugar & 1 tsp black pepper for 10 minutes)
150 gm carrot, cut
150 gm poatoes, cut
100 gm button mushrooms, cut halves
4 pips whole garlic
150 gm onions, cut
3 tbsps oil
2 cups hot water
2 tbsps corn flour
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok, add carrots, potatoes, onions, garlic, and fry a few minutes. Add in a chicken pieces and saute until golden brown.
2. Transfer all to a pot, add hot water together with the button mushrooms, bring to oil and slimmer for 20 minutes.
3. In the meantime, heat 2 tbsps oil in a separate wok, add 2 tbsps corn flour and stir until flour is slightly brown.
4. Add fried flour mixture and 1 tbsp KNORR Chicken Seasoning Powder-No Added MSG, into stewed chicken pot, mix well and simmer over medium heat for another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
